Observing Giraffes by Jeremy Allen
.
Fully out of my imagination, Observing Giraffes was a nice change from my usual work. I chose to break up the image into two parts and have the giraffes exploring outside of their worlds. As giraffes do, I wanted to capture their curiosity. The title is a bit of a play on words, are they observing us, each other, or are we observing them? Their puzzling natured was as puzzling as creating their pattern in their fur, yet I truly enjoyed the process.
